I didn´t know Gayle very well but from the time that i did and the things that i hear she was funny and always had a smile on her face. She always knew how to make people laugh and was never afraid to say what she was thinking. Gayle was someone special to my grandma and they always talked to each other about what was going on in each other lives. When she came to visit us in Vermont she filled the house with joy and always had food in her hand. Gayles time was cut to short but she will never be forgotten. I love you and i wish that i had gotten to know you better than i did. Love Alice

I met Gayle in 2020 when she came into my salon looking for a hairstylist, and I am so lucky that she ended up with me! Over the years, Gayle became much more than a client to me, she is family. Every time she walked in a room, she brought joy and laughter along with her. Whether it was eating 10 Dum-Dums, unfiltered commentary on the people around us, or sharing photos of Tulip or the babies in the family (that she loved SO much)- Gayle knew exactly how to make you laugh or smile. Gayle impact was not only made on me, but also my coworkers in the salon, especially Ashley. Ashley and I constantly kid about her being our "salon mom." Gayle lived life in a way I can only hope to live, she spoke her mind, did what she wanted, and was unapologetically herself. This is something I will never forget and will always admire (this and her laugh, who could forget that?!). While I am heartbroken by this loss, I find comfort in knowing that Gayle was excited to be reunited with her parents and brother.
I love you so much Gayle, and I will never forget you!
Tara, Ashley, Russ, and the rest of the staff at the salon send our love to the family. Give Tulip an extra treat for us.
