MOFFATT, James Strong, 90, of Sun City Center, died June 18, 2012. He was born in 1921 and served 22 years in the US Navy. He retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer and was a veteran of 3 wars: World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the United Community Church. Jim is survived by his wife of 64 years, Hazel Pelt Moffatt; his children, William and Sharon Moffatt, John and Deborah Moffatt, Joseph and Diane Moffatt, and Mary and Michael Hailey; as well as his 3 grand-daughters; and 6 great-grandchildren. He will be inurned at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Sun City Center Emergency Squad.
