Michele Kashtan 70, of

St. Petersburg, passed away September 4, 2018 from complications associated with multiple chronic illnesses. She was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts and moved to St. Petersburg in 1955. A graduate of St. Petersburg High School, she retired in 2011 from the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. She is survived by her sons, Paul Keglovich of St. Petersburg, Michael Keglovich, (Tera) of St. Petersburg, and Carl Corbett, (Keleigh) of Columbia, South Carolina; granddaughters, Ava Keglovich and Molly Corbett; sister, Donna Kashtan; brothers, Michael Kashtan (Dottie); and Trevor Kashtan; nephews, Ryan Kashtan (Andrea); and great-niece, Mia; and Ross Kashtan. She was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Kashtan and sister-in-law, Cheryl Kashtan. There will be a visitation, Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Sorensen Funeral Home, 3180 30th Avenue North, St. Petersburg from 10-11 am with a service at 11 am followed by burial at Woodlawn Memory Gardens, 101 58th Street South, St. Petersburg.
