Joe I enjoyed the jam sessions down at the garage in Port Tampa. Fast fingers on the frets, very talented guitar player. Rest in peace.

I have a very heavy heart with the passing of my good friend. I will miss his smile and laugh but at least I have the memories of all the good times we had. My heart goes out to Pete and Brenda. No parent should have to endure what they have in their life times. Joe, you were my friend and I will miss you. You and your brother Peter were like brothers to me. You were always giving to others and I feel like you were living right. May God bless you on this new journey you are on and look after your parents.

My condolences to the family. I had not seen Joe since Robinson High School days but when I read about his passing, I was struck with sadness. He was a loyal friend to me and I always remembered that.

For all the Barone Family, my prayers are with each of you as you remember Joe's warm, caring, and loving personality, not to mention his love for all of his adorable pets, Charlie, Scarlett, Baby Doll, and Sport. Joe and his brother Peter now are together and they too will be remembering all of their loving family. God bless The Barone Family. Love. DJ

I love you Uncle Joe, I will miss you so much!! You will always be with us. I still can't believe you are gone, I am finding it hard to accept this. I wish you could have seen your great nephews Shaun and Seth one last time. But you are in a better place now and you are with your brother. I love you!!

Joseph.. I have sat here trying to find words and I just can't. There are none to describe how much I ache for Aunt Brenda and Uncle Junior and how much I will miss you, your laughing face and infectious laugh.. La famiglia sarĂ persa senza voi.
I said, "God, I hurt."
And God said, "I know."
I said, "God, I cry a lot."
And God said, "That is why I gave you tears."
I said "God, I am so depressed."
And God said, "That is why I gave you Sunshine."
I said, "God, life is so hard."
And God said, "That is why I gave you loved ones."
I said, "God, my loved one died."
And God said, "So did mine."
I said, "God, it is such a loss."
And God said, "I saw mine nailed to a cross."
I said, "God, but your loved one lives."
And God said, "So does yours."
I said, "God, where are they now?"
And God said, "Mine is on My right and yours will be in the Light."
I said, "God, it hurts."
And God said, "I know."
