Kelly Howard-Browne Obituary

HOWARD-BROWNE, Kelly, 18, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002. She is survived by her parents, Dr. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne of Tampa; brother, Kenneth Howard-Browne of Tampa; and sister, Kirsten Bendixen of Brandon. She has resided in Tampa since 1995 coming from Louisville, Ky. She was a member of The River At Tampa Bay. A graduation celebration will be conducted 12 Noon Saturday at The River At Tampa Bay. Those who wish may make contributions to the Kelly Howard-Browne Foundation for Souls, P.O. Box 292888, Tampa, FL 33687. STOWERS-BRANDON
