I am so saddened to hear this news. Jolene shared so much empathy and compassion toward the persons she served, as payee manager @ CPI/BETA. Always a bubbly person and such a pleasure to be in her company. My deepest condolences go out to her family and friends. She was such “good light” in our World.
Rest easy.

My condolences to the Halpin family.

I met Jolene in the early 2000’s. Jolene was such a vital part in making sure the trainings we did for the Community Crisis Intervention Team(CCIT)
happened. She always was willing to do whatever was needed to assist. From her welcoming face and demeanor when participants arrived , to stepping up and helping us in a presentation, to just being there making everyone feel comfortable.
I feel privileged that Kathy Kalor introduced her best friend to all of us.
Jolene will be missed by many.
I was a honored to call you my friend.

Respectfully,
Steve Turner

Jolene was one that everyone in the neighborhood could go to. Truly like another mother to all of us! Her kindness, warm demeanor and sense of humor is something I will never forget. We lost one of the very best! An angel on earth and now an angel in heaven watching over the ones she loved fiercely. Sending a big hug and much strength to Tom, Tammy, T, Scotty and families. xoxo
