Hi Fran, I don't know if you remember me, I used to work for Lou when he was Operations Manager at 28 State Street, I was saddened to hear of his passing and know that my prayers are with you and him, from 1971 through about 1973 or 4, I even had the fond memory of spending a weekend with you and Lou at your home, I never had a better boss, friend or co-worker, Lou was respected by all and there was nothing he wouldn't do for his friends, I also have very fond memories when we had a softball team, and though we probably haven't seen each other since the late 1980's I will always remember the times we had at CBWL-Hayden Stone

Fran,
Please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of your beloved Louis. Through Rick and Lori, I came to know him fondly as “Uncle Lou”. I have always had the greatest respect for him, for he truly was a man among men. He will be deeply missed. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Aunt Fran,
Rick just called me to tell me the news. My heart goes out to you and the entire family. I feel so privileged to have known Uncle Louis. I will never forget the first time Rick brought me to NYC and we stayed with you and Uncle Louis in your condo in Ramsey. The both of you welcomed me into your home and treated me like family. It was exciting to see the love between the two of you during the early years of your relationship and I was so thrilled to know that your love has endured all these years. While it has been many years since Rick and I parted ways, my relationship with him was in a huge part, a relationship with his entire family. Fortunately he married Lorie and they have JJ to keep the spirit of Uncle Louis alive thru another generation. And though I have not met Dean & Renee's children, I know that they too carry on the Renzi spirit.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
May you wrap yourself in the comfort of the many years of love you & Uncle Louis shared.
Respectfully,
Kim Chapman (Bossie)

Fran: I cannot find the words that would truly express my feelings. He was "family to me", the big brother i never had. I still remember the night he met you at Fedelli's. He was ecstatic. I was happy for him, you were his perfect match. There will never be another Lou.
Please accept deepest of sympathy from Carolyn and me. For the record , Lou was a great guy, but and even better person when he met you. I need to stop now because i am rambling and i could go on forever. I will surely miss Lou , but my fond memories of the times we spent together will keep him alive for me, until we meet again in a better place.
