Colleen T. Doe

North Fort Myers - Colleen T. Doe, 80, of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away at home on July 5th due to complications of Parkinson's Disease. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Kenneth Doe, their daughter Debbie Stewart and Debbie's husband Tom, also of North Fort Myers. Their son Dennis died in 2016 from cancer. Colleen also leaves behind her granddaughter Danielle Doe of Madrid, Spain and step granddaughter Amy Stewart of Wilmington, North Carolina. Colleen was born in Worcester Massachusetts May 10th, 1938 and lived with her husband and children for many years in Charlton, MA until she and Ken retired to North Fort Myers. Colleen worked at Worcester County National Bank, which eventually became the Bank of America, and retired after 28 years. Colleen and Ken lived an active retired life and loved to cruise the Caribbean. Colleen also volunteered and coordinated several social events in their community. She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by many friends. The Doe family would like to thank all the wonderful in-home caregivers and the Hope Hospice care team for their kindness, compassion and support during this difficult time.

A memorial service was held at National Cremation and Burial Society. Her final remains will be buried in a joint plot set aside for Ken and Colleen at St. John's Cemetery in Worcester, MA.
