My sincere condolences to the Connor Family.
Chuck was the most professional, educated, dedicated and all around nice guy of all the EPO's I have ever met.
He was a a gentleman who was always fair and willing to give any honest sportsman a break.
He was greatly missed around the Quabbin when he retired. I know he loved the outdoors: maybe he will catch the one that got away, or have that big one in his sites now. Rest in peace friend, I'm honored to call you that.

I had the distinct pleasure of periodically working alongside of Chuck back in the 80' & 90's. He was a conscientious and professional law enforcement officer with a passion for what he was sworn to do. May he rest in peace knowing he left this world a better place for all.
