Patricia (Pat) Jean Pearce
Patricia (Pat) Jean Pearce, 83, of Ceres, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2012, after being recently diagnosed with liver disease. She succumbed to God's will, surrounded by family, with a loving and open heart.
Pat was born July 13, 1929, in San Francisco and moved to Hollister in her late teens where she met and later married Ed in 1947. They owned a successful bookkeeping and tax service company for many years in Salinas. Pat juggled both a career and motherhood as if it was effortless. She never missed any of her children's functions and always put her family first. Pat cherished every moment shared with her family. She will be missed and celebrated in our hearts every day.
Pat was a loving and devoted wife of 65 years to Ed Pearce; an adoring mother to Christy (Phil) Dowden, Ed (Diana Guzman) Pearce, Carey (Kathi) Pearce, Robert (JoAnn) Pearce, Caron Pearce and Nanci Pearce; proud grandmother to Scott, Megan, Jayson and Joshua; and great-grandmother to Allyson, Christopher, Caitlyn and Cayleb.
Mass and Celebration to honor her life will take place in Salinas at a later date. Please call Caron Pearce at 831-905-4137 for details. Online info at www.reichertsfuneral.com

So sad to hear about your mother. Even though I have not seen any of the Pearce kids for many years, I fondly remember all of you and your parents...days on Bolero and you on Navajo and us on Osage...My prayers are with all of you.

There are no words that will take away your pain. Have peace knowing that she is with the Lord and has no more pain. I did not know Mrs. Patricia Pearce personally but I do know her children and they are wonderful loving people I am sure it is a direct reflection of their mother. God Bless
