Fay Ann Himes Billock, age 61, of Hideaway Road, Brockport, Pa., passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017, at her home after a nine-year battle with cancer.
Born on Jan. 14, 1956, in Franklin, Pa., she was the daughter of the Rev. George and Frances Marshall Himes. She was a 1974 graduate of Jeff Tech. On Aug. 9, 1991, she was married to Kevin Billock Sr. at Conneaut Lake, Pa.; he survives.
Fay was employed at Wal-Mart as a customer service manager for 16 years.
She loved horses and her Boston Terrier, Dottie. Fay also enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Her greatest joy however was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband she is also survived by her mother, Frances Himes of Kennerdell, Pa.; a daughter, Angie (Shawn) Murray of Falls Creek, Pa.; three stepchildren: Dustin (Christina) Billock of DuBois; Darrin (Rose) Billock of Franklinton, N.C.; Ryan (Deana) Billock of Polk, Pa.; and a brother, Ron (Debbie) Himes also of Kennerdell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Along with her father she is also preceded in death by a brother, Ray Himes and a stepson, Kevin Billock Jr.
You may extend your sympathy to the family on Wednesday, June 5, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. also at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Nagele officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to Hahne Cancer Center, 100 Hospital Ave., DuBois, PA 15801 or any organization that is working to find a cure for cancer or helping families as they battle cancer themselves.
