Aldine G. Bussard, 89, 311 Hill St., Reynoldsville, died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Oct. 28, 1925, in Winslow Township, she was a daughter of the late Marlin R. Deemer and Helen Sprague Deemer. On May 30, 1945, she was married to Frank B. Bussard. He preceded her in death June 11, 2006.
Aldine was a 1943 graduate of Reynoldsville High School and the Jeff Tech LPN program. She was a retired LPN from DuBois Hospital, Jefferson Manor and the Jefferson County Area Agency on Aging.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Reynoldsville, the Reynoldsville chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Utopia Club and the IFF Sunday School Class of the church.
She is survived by two sons, Allen (Denise) Bussard and Robert (Karen) Bussard, both of Reynoldsville; one daughter, Barbara (William) Nasuti of DuBois; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one infant brother.
Friends will be received from 1-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home, Reynoldsville. A funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home officiated by the Rev. Thomas D. Carr and the Rev. Leo C. Cramer. Burial will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville.
