Allen "Dean" McNeal, 73, Treasure Lake, DuBois, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born April 18, 1941, in Stormstown, he was the son of the late Andrew and Ruby Borst McNeal.
In December of 1993, he married Trudy Wagner McNeal. She survives.
Dean was the owner/operator of Dean McNeal's Backhoe Service for over 20 years. Previous to that, he worked for Glenn O. Hawbaker for 20 years.
He was a member of State College Lodge No. 700 Free and Accepted Masons.
He is survived by a stepdaughter, Sherry Feeney and her husband, Steven, of Merrimack, N.H.; a stepson, Todd Wagner of Lewisburg, W.Va.; a brother, Richard McNeal and his wife, Gloria, of Port Matilda and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters.
There will be no public visitation and private funeral services will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in Gray Cemetery in Port Matilda.
