Betsy V. Andryka, 61, Brown Street, DuBois, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, at her home.
Born May 5, 1954, in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Boyd W. Vokes Sr. and Deloris H. Hummell Vokes. Her mother survives and lives in Clearfield.
On May 8, 1976, she married William "Bill" Andryka. He survives.
Betsy was a senior tax advisor at H&R Block for over 20 years. Previous to that, she worked as a certified lab technician at the Clearfield Hospital.
She enjoyed going to flea markets and camping. She was an avid Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She loved to travel, and was a scholar of the arts, culture and food.
Betsy is also survived by her son, Aaron Andryka and his wife, Courtney, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; and a brother, Boyd W. Vokes Jr. and his wife, Sherry, of Curwensville.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation for the public will be held from 5-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home, DuBois. A private family funeral service will be held from the funeral home.
