Bradley E. Corle, 63, DuBois, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at his home.
Born Dec. 25, 1954, in DuBois, he was the son of the late Charles C. and Velda E. (Shaffer) Corle.
He married Patricia (Hoch) Corle on March 17, 1989, in Reynoldsville. She preceded him in death on June 9, 2017.
Bradley graduated from Vo Tech (DAHS) in 1972 and went on to attend PSU and Clarion University. He served in the Air Force from 1972-1976 before enlisting in the Army. Bradley served in the 355th MMS, 36th MMS, A BTRY 4th BN 8th FA, 365th ENGR BN CBT HVY, 298th Trans Co, 629th Trans Co, and the 129th Trans Co Het. Bradley retired from the U.S. Army in 2005 after 30 years of service. He belonged to the Boy Scouts of America Troop #31 and the American Legion Post #17. As an avid sports fan, he enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, Penn State, and his grandchildren's sporting events, as well as playing golf, hunting, and fishing. He attended First United Presbyterian Church.
Bradley is survived by his son, John D. Reed Jr. of DuBois; five grandchildren: Saige, Dylan, Marcus, Tyler, and Elizabeth; a great-granddaughter, Jocelynn; two brothers, Wesley D. (Anne) Corle of North Carolina and Charles H. Corle of Florida; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patty.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, Jan. 24, from 6-8 p.m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc., DuBois. Interment will be in Rockton Cemetery.
