Claudine A. Anderson, 81, Arma, Kan., formerly of Brandy Camp, died peacefully Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Arma Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arma, Kan.
She was born May 17, 1933, in Brandy Camp, a daughter of the late Horace and Florence Hutchins Fields. She married Alvin "Bing" Anderson in 1952 in Maryland. He preceded her in death in 1998.
She graduated from Horton Township High School in Brockport. She lived most of her life in Brandy Camp before moving to Arma in 2012.
Survivors include three sons: Rock (Cheryl) Anderson of Arma, Kan., Randy (Charmaine) Anderson of Port Orchard, Wash., Leonard (Pam) Anderson of Ridgway; a daughter, Lark (Tom) Aiello of Melbourne Beach, Fla.; a sister, Naomi Jean (Max) Avery of Ridgway; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Tucker and Yvonne Meyer; three brothers: Wallace, Wayne and Horace Fields; and her beloved Lhasa Apso, Dakota.
Claudine will be remembered for her beautiful smile and wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed dearly.
She has been cremated. Memorial services and burial of the cremains will be at a later date in Brandy Camp.
