Clemons W. "Bill" Richards, age 87, a longtime Brockway resident, currently a resident at Pincrest Manor in St. Marys, Pa., died on Friday, April 22, 2016, at Pinecrest.
Born in Beechton, Pa., on May 23, 1928, he was the son of the late Clemons Rudolph and Marie K. Weilacher Richards. Retired, Bill had been employed at Brockway Glass as the Senior Production Scheduler for the Machine Shop.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran having in served in Germany during the Korean Conflict.
Bill was a member at the Moorhead United Methodist Church and one of his biggest enjoyments in life was listening to country music.
He is survived by an aunt, Betty Astromovich of Houston, Texas, several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Amacher and a brother, Walter Richards.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Wildwood Cemetery at Brockway.
