Curtis Eugene Hoffman, age 60, of Route 949, Sigel, Pa., died on April 12, 2016, at his residence.
Born in DuBois, Pa., on Aug. 8, 1955, he was the son of Eugene "Brownie" and Genevieve "Jenny" Flacinsky Hoffman. They survive and live in Brockway.
Curt was retired from Owens-Brockway Glass where he had been employed as a machine operator for 28 years. He also had been employed at Abraxas in Marienville. Currently he had been a helping hand at the Farmers Inn.
He was a member at St. Tobias Church in Brockway. Curt also was a member of the Heath Twp. Sportsmen's Club and Trout Unlimited.
He was an avid fly fisherman and hunter.
In addition to his parents he is also survived by two brothers, Stephen Hoffman and Craig (Barbara) Hoffman, both of Brockway; and a niece, Lara Hoffman of St. College, Pa. Calling hours will be from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, April 15, at the Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. in Brockway. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Msgr. Charles Kaza officiating. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery.
