Curtiss Wayne Foulks, 85, Salandra Lane, Brockway, died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at his residence.
Born Feb. 9, 1929, in Brookville, he was the son of the late Clair and Thelma Kearney Foulks.
Retired, Wayne had been employed as a supervisor at Brockway Glass.
He was a Korean War veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy.
Wayne enjoyed gardening, golfing and cooking.
One of his favorite activities was singing as a part of a barbershop chorus. He was a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society with chapters in St. Marys and New Bethlehem.
He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Foulks of Spring Valley, Calif., and Muriel (James) McDonald of Brookville; one son, Robert (Sue) Foulks of New Hampshire; one brother, Clair "Red" (Jeanie) Foulks of Brockway; two grandsons, Jason and Dennis Foulks; and three great-grandchildren: Kullen, Daniel and Nora.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Penn Highlands Hospice.
The Carlson-Shugarts Funeral Home Inc., Brockway, is in charge of arrangements.
