David Lee Keen, 69, of Prairie Home, Mo., passed away at his home on Sunday evening, April 16, 2017.
Visitation for Mr. Keen will be held at Davis Funeral Chapel from 10 until 11 a.m. Friday morning, April 21, with funeral services following at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
David was born in DuBois, Pa., Nov. 13, 1947, the son of Charles Leroy Keen and Jean E. McCune Keen. David married Karen Clark June 12, 1971, in Rochester, N.Y.
He had worked for Eastman Kodak for 30 years until his retirement in 1998. The family then moved to Springhill, Fla., then to Butler, Mo., then to Prairie Home in 2015, to be close to their daughter. In his earlier years he enjoyed hunting and the outdoors, repairing small engines and anything that kept his hands busy.
Mr. Keen was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Charles and Larry Keen. He is survived by his wife, Karen of the home; his daughter, Kimberly Wells (Jon) Wells of Boonville; and son, Michael (Julie) Keen of Royersford, Pa.; and his grandchildren, James and Logan Wells.
