Donald R. Raybuck Sr., 85, DuBois, passed away Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017, at Highland View Nursing Home.
Born July 18, 1932, in Helvetia, he was the son of the late Lester and Laura (Hamilton) Raybuck.
He married Thomasine (Ball) Raybuck on July 18, 1954, in Winchester, Va. She survives.
Donald graduated from Sykesville High School. He later retired from the Kendall Oil Company in Bradford, where he worked in the packaging department. Donald was Protestant by faith and attended the Treasure Lake Church. He loved traveling the country over the last 26 years, golfing, shooting pool at the campground, and watching his favorite teams play, the Pirates and Steelers. Donald served in the U.S. Navy from 1950-1954.
In addition to his wife, Donald is survived by three children, Donald R. Raybuck Jr., Alabama, Thomas (Joni) Raybuck, Ohio, and Toni Huff, South Carolina, nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was the last member of his immediate family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, three sisters, and a son, Michael Raybuck.
At Donald's request, no public viewing will be held. Services were private and held at the convenience of Donald's family. Interment will be in Willow Dale Cemetery in Bradford, Pa.
