Donna L. Tapper, 81, of Reynoldsville, Pa., died Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Penn Highlands DuBois in DuBois, Pa.
Born Tuesday, May 29, 1934, in Dagus Mines, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Clarence Bowser and the late Goldie (Shaffer) Bowser. She was the wife of the late William L. Tapper, who died June 7, 2013.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma. She was an avid bingo and card player.
She was a member of Rathmel Baptist Church.
Surviving are sons, William D. Tapper of Reynoldsville, Pa. and Troy B. Tapper (Robin) of Reynoldsville, Pa.; brothers, James Bowser of DuBois, Pa. and Allen Bowser of Reynoldsville, Pa.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son, Scott Tapper.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2016, at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, with Pastor Ken M. Eddy officiating. Interment will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park, Reynoldsville, Pa.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today, Sunday, April 10, 2016, at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, Pa.
