She was a member of the Munderf United Methodist Church.
She was generous and caring, and those attributes caused her to be loved and adored by all who knew her. Although they miss her, her family is happy that she is reunited with her true love, Joseph.
She is survived by her six children: Ellen (Ken) Chamberlin of Brockway, Susan (Allan) Seigworth of Brookville, Rose (John) Nelen of Luthersburg, June (Wayne) Richards of Timblin, John (Jen) Rhines of Richardsville, Carl (MaryBeth) Rhines of Brookville; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, with more on the way. She also has other stepsiblings and many nieces and nephews that survive her.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Marie Bochert; her brother, Jim Beers; her stepbrother, William Beers; and her stepsister, Martha Beam.
Family and friends will be received from 2-9 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015, at the McKinney Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Brookville, PA 15825.
