Elizabeth A. (Koladish) Muth Fowler passed away February 9, 2018 at Kona Community Hospital, Hawaii from complications due to pneumonia.

She was born and raised in Adrian, Pa., to the late Mary (Popovitch) and Paul Koladish. A graduate of Kittanning High School, she was a bookkeeper by profession.

She wed Melvin M. Muth of Sykesville, PA in 1946. He died in 1960. James Fowler and she were wed in Louisville, KY in 1978. James passed away in 1987.

She is predeceased by brother Steve and sister Margaret (Koladish) White as well as sons, Melvin James and Thomas John.

Surviving are her brother Frank Koladish of Kittanning, PA; children Judith A. (A. Robert) Crawford, Columbus GA, Barbara (Garzoni) Muth, Woodland, PA, Jerrilyn E. Muth (Jeffrey) Kern, State College PA, Terry J. (Cathy) Muth , Louisville KY and Jody K. (William) Watts of Pueblo Colorado; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral and internment services will be held at a later date in Sykesville, PA at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary church and cemetery.

Our Mother lead a life of strong faith and principals. She was greatly loved and her passing has left a profound emptiness in our family. We will always remember her as an inspiration to live life with faith, love and laughter.
