James M. Jackson, 93, of Reynoldsville, Pa., died on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016, at Christ the King Manor in DuBois, Pa.
Born Sunday, Dec. 17, 1922, in Desire, Pa., he was the son of the late John H. Jackson and the late Lydia A. (Malone) Jackson.
He was a Second Lieutenant pilot in World War II.
He was a past master of the John M. Read Masonic Lodge in Reynoldsville, Pa., a member of Coudersport Consistory and the Jaffa Shrine.
He was a former employee of the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, where he worked as a counselor.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and William Jackson; and two sisters, Josephine Melzer and Sarah Surkala.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
