Joan A. Coudriet, 75, of Kylertown, Pa., died Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
Born Aug. 31, 1940, in Kylertown, she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Ruth Shields Carlson. She was married to Ernest Thomas Coudriet. He preceded her in death June 26, 2015.
Mrs. Coudriet was a member of the Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Allport.
She was a 1958 graduate of Cooper Township High School. She had worked for Halls IGA, Snowshoe, for a number of years and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Matthew T. Coudriet and his wife Colleen, DuBois and Mark A. Coudriet and his wife Dee, Grassflat; grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary and Bethany; one sister, Doris Carlson, Kylertown; one brother, Harold Carlson and his wife Kathryn, Kylertown.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Jack, William and Robert Carlson.
Friends will be received at the Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Allport, from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday, Feb. 3. A funeral service will be held at the church at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. James Hollister officiating. Burial will be in Allport Cemetery, Allport.
