Joy enjoyed volunteering at the DuBois Senior Center, received recognition for her work there, as well as calling Bingo, and spending time with her two cats – Midnight and Perkins. Highlights of her life included time spent with her family and friends, laughing and making others laugh, music, dancing, trips to the casino, taking care of her house and yard, and feeding the ducks. She was a member of Trinity UMC in DuBois and had attended Tri-County Church of God. In the past, she enjoyed bowling and won many trophies and enjoyed the fellowship and Bible study with her lifelong friends in the Pansy Club.
She requested no visitation and a memorial service will be at a later date.
