Born June 9, 1989, she was the daughter of Huey and Jane (Clever) Herbstritt. They survive.

She graduated from the Life Skills class at the DuBois Area High School and attended Fayette Resources Adult Training Facility in DuBois. She was a member of the Rec and Respite Program, a social club for special needs individuals. She participated in the DuBois/Jefferson County Special Olympics and enjoyed going to the DuBois Public Library.
She was a Make-a-Wish child and enjoyed a fun-filled week at Walt Disney World in 1998. In November, Julee revisited Disney World and had another wonderful vacation.
She attended the First United Methodist Church in Reynoldsville.
In addition to her loving parents, Julee is survived by her maternal grandfather, Joseph Clever; maternal aunt, Jill DiMattio; paternal uncles and aunts: Jim Herbstritt, Linda Himes, Shelly Halquist, Connie Resinger, Janice Herbstritt, Carol Herbstritt, Eileen Toney, and Marty Herbstritt; as well as numerous cousins.
She was preceded in passing by her maternal grandmother, Judy Clever, paternal grandparents, Jim and Eleanor Herbstritt, paternal uncle, Blaise Herbstritt, and paternal aunt, Lori Herbstritt.
Julee taught those who knew her many life lessons, and she will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Friends and family will be received Friday, Jan. 6, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 7, from 10-11 a.m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc. A funeral service will follow Saturday's visitation at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Leo Cramer officiating.
