Linda Marie (Darrin) Sunderman (1943 - 2018)

Linda Marie (Darrin) Sunderman, age 74, of Brookville, Pa., passed away in Richmond, Va., on October 28, 2017.
She was born on August 7, 1943, to the late Chester N. and Evelyn M. (Kautz) Darrin, in Renovo, Pa. In 2005, she married her love Rocco "Rocky" Tonzo in Ft. Meyers, Fla., who preceded her in passing on Dec. 14, 2015.
Linda was a loving mother to her son and daughter. She was a devoted caretaker to Rocky. Linda was an owner of All My Favorite Things in Brookville with her twin sister Lennea Darrin. Her early career was that of an accounting and typing teacher in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Linda loved to be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or writing one down for inclusion in a cookbook. She gave her love to many cats throughout her lifetime. Linda had a sweet tooth and always had room for one extra piece of chocolate. She loved to travel to Ft. Myers, Fla., for the winter with her sweetheart, Rocky. They also loved to travel to Las Vegas where they would play the penny slots. Linda and Rocky were best friends to her last memories.
Linda will be deeply missed by her surviving family. Linda is survived by her daughter, Carrie (Jay) Kopp of Richmond, Va., and her son, Cobin Sunderman of Pittsburgh; her grandson, Greyson Kopp; two brothers and three sisters, William W. (Madelaine Damico) Darrin of Meadville, Roy E. (Melanie) Darrin of Brookville, Lennea R. Darrin of Brookville, Evelyn Jeanne (the late James) McGowan of Renovo, and Suanne L. (the late James) Parks of Williamsport. She is also survived by the father of her two children, William A. Sunderman.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Gateway Lodge, 14870 PA-36, Cooksburg, PA 16217.
