Louise Lundberg, age 88, of Wilson Road, Falls Creek, Pa., died on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born in Falls Creek, Pa., on April 3, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Eva Cable Welsh. On July 23, 1948, she was married to Victor Lundberg. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
Louise was a member of the Beechwoods Presbyterian Church where she was involved in many church activities. Spending time with her family is what brought her the greatest joy.
In addition to her husband she is also survived by three daughters, Marilyn (Jack) Tully, Sandra (Alan) Groves both of Falls Creek and Jean Bunyan of Pittsburgh; one sister, Anna Belle Preston of Brockway; five grandchildren: Heather Farkas, John Tully, Tim Groves, Susan Timcheck and Katie Bunyan. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by six brothers: James, Chester, Fred, Mike, Charles and William Welsh; four sisters: Margaret Daugherty, Betty Geraldi, Dorothy Lundberg and Nancy Welsh.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Friday, April 15, at the Beechwoods Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., also at the church with Pastors David and Emily Koehler officiating. Burial will follow in the Beechwoods Cemetery.
