Mary Frances Bogle, 88, DuBois, passed away Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, at her home.
Born Nov. 8, 1926, in Punxsutawney, she was the daughter of the late Stephen J. and Anna Miller Burchick.
On June 17, 1950, she married R. Bruce Bogle in DuBois. He preceded her in death in 1989.
Mary graduated from Brady Township High School.
She worked at Riverside Bakery in DuBois as a cake decorator before retiring in 1988.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and Our Lady Guild.
She enjoyed square dancing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by three children: Barbara (Robert) Allen of Mentor, Ohio, Janet Winters of Ligonier and William Bogle of DuBois; six grandchildren: Brian Joseph and Grant Thomas Winters, Rebecca Joy Winters, Alexis Inea Su-Allen, and Stephanie Ashlyn and Jonathan Bruce Bogle; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary was also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Linda I. Bogle; four brothers and two sisters.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
There will be no public visitation. A memorial mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21 at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in DuBois with the Rev. Fr. Daniel Kresinski officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Punxsutawney.
