Mildred E. Haag, 84, DuBois, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015, at Christ the King Manor.
Born Dec. 15, 1930, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Wilma Syler Jacobson.
She was a graduate of DuBois High School, worked at B.F. Goodyear Golf Ball Manufacturing in DuBois, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Annette Hartz of DuBois; four grandchildren: David Hartz, Jeff Haag, John Haag and Jennifer Bayjosf; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Janet Beck of Falls Creek.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Haag, whom she married July 24, 1950; sisters, Margaret and Donna; and brothers, Martin and Bernard.
Friends and family are invited to the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel, DuBois, from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday, May 7, 2015. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. John White officiating. Interment will be at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
