Mona L. (Wells) Bell Toven, 86, died on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Christ the King Manor in DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Born Thursday, October 8, 1931 in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Addison P. Wells and the late Violet M. (Hill) Wells. She was the wife of Gordon Toven.
She was a member of the Reynoldsville American Legion and the Reynoldsville Eagles. she was a Volunteer with the Reynoldsville Senior Core.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons, Gordon Toven (Lisa) of Oakton, Va., Daniel Toven (Johnathan) of Norfolk, Va., and Todd Toven (Kim) of Monument, Colo.; brother, Thomas A. Wells (Rose) of Reynoldsville, Pa.; sister, Margaret "Peggy" Rebon of DuBois, Pa.; five grandchildren: Hannah, Aaron, Natalie, Jesse and Levi Toven; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Murel "Moley" Bell; two brothers, William P. and Addison R. Wells; infant son, James A. Bell; and niece, Kelly Wells.
A funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., located at 206 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, PA 15851, with the Rev. Steven J. Hendrickson officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home Inc.
