Nancy Ann (Yondrick) Kosko, 89, Sykesville, fell asleep in the Lord Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, at Penn Highlands in DuBois.
Nancy was born Oct. 28, 1927, in United, Pa. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Katherine Irene (Rudar) Yondrick. She married Paul S. Kosko, who preceded her in death in 2015.
Nancy was a graduate of Sykesville High School. She retired from Brockway Glass as a packer and inspector. She was a member of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church in Sykesville. Nancy lived most of her life in Sykesville.
Nancy is survived by her son, Paul M. (Roberta) Kosko of DuBois; two grandchildren, Marcy Elder of DuBois and Matthew (Tia) Kosko of Sykesville; two great-grandchildren, Maura Kosko and Matthew Kosko both of Sykesville.
In addition to her parents and husband Nancy was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Melissa Ann Kosko; a sister, Elizabeth Katherine Zaffuto; and two brothers, Rudy and Michael Yondrick.
There will be no visitation. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017, at Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Vasyl Banyk as celebrant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, 104 Shaffer St., Sykesville, PA 15865 or to Christ the King Manor, 1100 West Long Ave., DuBois, PA 15801.
