Patricia A. Snedden, 64, DuBois, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at the Mt. Laurel Nursing Home and Rehab Center.
Born Nov. 5, 1950, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Paul A. and Ellen L. Thompson Snedden.
Patricia graduated from DuBois Area High School in 1968. She was self-employed and managed a daycare center. She was Protestant by faith. Spending time with her family and neighbors brought her joy.
She is survived by three siblings: Thomas Snedden and Ellen E. Snedden, both of DuBois and Cherie (Tim) Forsyth of Punxsutawney; two nieces, Jessie and Jamie Forsyth of Punxsutawney, and one nephew, Brendan Haag of Virginia.
Patricia was also preceded in death by a brother, George Snedden.
Friends and family will be received from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, and from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Adamson Funeral Chapel Inc. in DuBois. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 11 a.m. Saturday with LaMarr Adamson C.L.P. officiating. Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery.
