Russell Robert Crissman, 68, Force, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014, at his residence.
Born May 7, 1946, in Fairmont City, he was a son of the late Harold Crissman and Helena Neill Crissman, who survives in New Bethlehem.
Russell is survived by his wife Maricel Largo Crissman of DuBois; three children: Gregory Crissman of Erie and Camille and Keyanna Crissman, both of DuBois; four sisters: Cathy Pfendler of Berwick, Mrs. Larry (Pamela) Troup of Mayport, Mrs. Guy (Mary) Pierson of Princeton, N.J., and Mrs. Steve (Amy) Braun of St. Charles, Mo.; and two grandchildren.
Russell was preceded in death by his father, infant daughter, and sister, Linda Stitt.
He served in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Owens-Illinois Glass factory in Clarion.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2014, at St. Bernard Church in Falls Creek with the Rev. Fr. Matthias Quimno officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the DuBois Area Honor Guard.
