Stephen M. Clark, 65, DuBois, passed away Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born Aug. 16, 1952, in DuBois, he was the son of the late Harry H. and Della (Whitchurch) Clark.
On Feb. 14, 1975, he married Bette (Swanson) Clark in DuBois. She survives.
Stephen graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1970. He retired from Brockway Glass after 18 years of service and then began working in the trucking industry for Modern Transportation. He was a member of Tri-County Church downtown location. Stephen enjoyed playing country music at various places, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and being active in church activities. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Stephen is survived by a son, Eric Michael (Daisy) Clark of Treasure Lake, DuBois; two grandchildren, Eric Clark Jr. and Rylan Huey; five siblings: Diane Knarr, Troutville, Imogene Rashon, Houston, Texas, Donald Jewell, Falls Creek, John Saunders, DuBois, and Margaret Ann Joiner, Hazen; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings: Patricia Roy, June Randolph, Wilma Rio, Robert Smith, Leroy Clark, William Jewell, and Edward Saunders.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc., DuBois.
