Timothy Freeman Dodd, age 55, of Lake City, Erie County, died recently at his residence.
Born on Feb. 27, 1959, in Washington, Pa., he was the son of David M. Dodd of Brockway and the late Mary Lou Cain Dodd.
Retired, he had been employed as a paramedic with Life Star Helicopter in Erie.
Tim was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Brockway. He also was a volunteer at the Perry Highway Volunteer Fire Department, was a member of the N.R.A and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, hunting, fishing and building plastic models.
Along with his father, he is survived by twin sons, Daniel J. and Michael S. Dodd, both of McKean, and two sisters, Diane (Rick) Genevro of Brockport, and Patty (Denny) Montag of DuBois. He is also survived by two nephews, Andy and Nick Genevro, both of Brockport.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John L. and Ethel D. Dodd.
There will be no public viewing. A private funeral service will be held with the Rev. David Nagele officiating. Burial will follow in the Beechwoods Cemetery.
