William A. London, 82, 111 W. Long Ave., Apt. 4J, DuBois, died early Monday morning, Dec. 22, 2014, at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Born July 19, 1932, in Reynoldsville, he was a son of the late Paul and Catherine Miller London. He was married to Maureen Pyne Hamilton London. She survives in DuBois.
He was a 1950 graduate of Reynoldsville High School. Before retirement, he worked as a service technician for Sears of DuBois. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Reynoldsville and the National Rifle Association.
He is also survived by a stepson, Jeffrey (Deanna) Hamilton of Altoona; a stepdaughter, Kim Hamilton of DuBois; step-grancdhildren, Kylie Hamilton of DuBois, Tom Smith of Huntington and Christine Creamer of Duncansville; and five step great-grandchildren: Khloe and Emma Shimmel of DuBois, Jona and Gab Smith of Huntington and Reily Creamer of Ducansville.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Gerald London.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at the Bernard P. Snyder Funeral Home of Reynoldville. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Edward Reich as officiant. Burial will be in Reynoldsville Cemetery, Reynoldsville.
