I knew John and his entire family as a neighbor and a classmate from second grade through Hamilton High! We were good friends before we lost touch after High School! he was so smart and funny and we both wanted an acting career after High School, being in the Senior Play! That never happened! My sincere condolences to his family and may John rest in peace!

Professor Gibbs was the kind of teacher that you remember your whole life: old school, demanding, enchanting, and delightful. The world is a far less interesting place without him. May he rest in peace.
