My deepest sympathies to Cindy, Ashley & the entire Cabral family. Artie was a great friend of mine. I met him decades ago through bowling. He was my teammate for years, we bowled in tournaments together, and we also served together as members of the Southeastern Connecticut and State Bowling Associations. I will miss him.

Arthur and I grew up together on Stone St. I feel as if I just lost a brother, as I am sure all do that lived on Stone St. The baseball games in the street, backyard football, building snow forts, watching the Steelers win! My sympathy and prayers go out to his family. Although we lost touch in our adult life, his reputation speaks for itself, he was a good man. God bless.
