Mr. Foley was a kind man whom we came to know, along with his dear departed wife, Ellie, when we moved into the Scotland Road neighborhood.
As it turned out, there were connections with both of our fathers and Jim as they were all basically the same age and shared military experiences.
Sadly, we were not aware of his final arrangements and at this time can only pass on our prayers and sympathy to his family.
Jim was a very nice man who loved to talk and share stories.
He greatly loved and missed his wife and was lonely without her.

God bless you Jim, and may God forever hold you in the palm of HIs hand.
RIP dear neighbor and friend. You will be missed.

Jimmy was co-worker of mine at The Day for many years. A more devoted family man, and union member I never met. I was proud to have known.
