Anna Belle Conaway, 95, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away at 3:15 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Redbanks Nursing Home.
She was a member of Bennett Memorial United Methodist Church. Anna was born on August 1, 1922, in Clay, Kentucky. She was retired from Southern Bell after 31 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman L. Denton, who died in 1972; her parents, Carl Douglas Kelley and Pruda Kelley Overton; her sister, Alla Mae Waide; and one brother, C.W. Kelley.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Denton and his wife, Karen, and Alan W. Denton, both of Henderson, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Brian Denton, Kurt Denton, and Travis Denton, all of Henderson, Kentucky; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Reverend Thomas A. Emerson will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Bennett Memorial United Methodist Church or St. Anthony's Hospice.
Pallbearers will be Brian Denton, Kurt Denton, Travis Denton, and Carter Denton.
