I (John) had the privilege of serving with Bob on the Woodland Heights Community Association. Bob was an intelligent, articulate leader in the community and was a true gentleman. We was always looking out for the best interests of the community and can be credited with how wonderfully the area has evolved over the years.
We (Irene and John) always enjoyed our time with Bob and Leslie. So many warm and wonderful discussions.
Heartfelt condolences.

Thanks Coach. "Duncan and McKnight will put up a fight" was the cheer in the Waterloo Memorial Arena. It was a pleasure to see you in 1980 in Calgary when I was a bellman at the Calgary Airport Hotel, and you ventured by. You added terrific guidance and enthusiasm to those young Pee Wee hockey players. Team stick salute to you from all of us, you were a great coach.

We will remember Bob as a friend, a colleague in the Hospital Foundation board and as a member of the Gentlemen’s Bridge group.
Bob was a humble and gentle man who will be missed by many but always in our memories.
Bob and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.
