McADAM, David Blake, D.D.S., F.R.C.D.(C), Professor Emeritus, University of Toronto
On Friday, February 23, 2001, in his 78th year, after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by his family at home. Beloved husband of Betty Lou. Dear father of Marjorie and Klas Olsson, Katharine and Tom Pinder, Rob McAdam and Elspeth Gaukrodger. Loving Grandad to Jennifer, Lindsay, James, Ryan, Kristi, Robert and Jocelyn. Blake dedicated his life to excellence in the practice and teaching of dentistry (Prosthodonics), as well as to the pursuits of gardening, lapidary, painting and bridge. He will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME
