MAW, Frank Johnston
Peacefully, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Wednesday, October 25, 2000, in his 88th year. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lillian; his children and childrenin-law, Frank and Wendy Maw, Diane and Jack Turpin; granddaughters, Christine Maw and her husband Sandy Stephens, Laurie Maw, Colleen Turpin and Joanne Turpin; and great-granddaughter Chloe Stephens. Frank was born and grew up in Toronto where he had a long and rewarding career as a teacher and school principal in Leaside and North York. Frank and Lillian enjoyed 30 happy years of retirement with wonderful family and friends. You will be forever missed by your family. Appreciative thanks to the staff at the Royal Vic. The family welcomes friends to attend a Memorial Service at the Humphrey Funeral HomeA.W. Miles Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue on Saturday, November 4 at 11 o'clock. Donations to your local Canadian Diabetes Association would be warmly appreciated. God closed your tired eyes, And whispered Peace be with you. It broke my heart to lose you, But you did not go alone, For part of me went with you The day God took you home.
