ANNE ELIZABETH SELWYN MONTAGNES (nee Anne Franks) Born February 23, 1935 to Mary and Selwyn (Tony) Franks in Toronto. Anne attended Whitney Junior Public School, St. Clements School, and the University of Toronto (BA, MA). She was a writer and teacher. Her publications included two novels, Mumsahib and Jade Slash Laverna. Died January 3, 2021 in Toronto from complications due to Parkinson's. Anne is predeceased by her second husband, Albert Boyer, and her brother C.E.S (Ned) Franks. She is survived by her children, John Mahler (Eileen Boxall), David Montagnes (Fiona Hobden) and Joan Montagnes (Martin Morgan) and many other loving family and friends. Memorial service to be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The First Unitarian Congregation of Toronto or the Christie Gardens Staff Care Fund.
