HUGHES, Frederick James
Died peacefully, on Friday, March 22nd, 2002 in the Veteran's Hospital at Sunnybrook Health Centre, after a valiant struggle against Alzheimer's disease. Fred is survived by his loving wife May, his three sons Rick, Bob, Steve, and his stepson Michael. A fond farewell will be held in the Veteran's Chapel, H-Wing, Sunnybrook Medical Centre at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27th, 2002. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would help to help others.
