Gary MILES Memoriam
GARY MILES February 7, 1939 - March 14, 2017 "What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." Pericles Those are the words you left for me. On a piece of paper on my bedside table. And you remain woven into every day of my life. Some days it is with a smile at a memory, some days it is in a discussion with family or friends in which your name comes up. And still, five years later, some days when it is laden with grief. But then what is grief if not love enduring. You are not forgotten and still very much loved.
