McPHEDRAN
McPHEDRAN, Jack John Alexander (Nov. 26, 1924 – Feb. 26, 2010) Jack's life as veterinarian, pilot, and charmer ended in Qualicum Beach, BC on what would have been his 66th wedding anniversary, and began in Stonewall, Manitoba. As Dad and Poppa, he will be greatly missed by his daughters Marilou, grandsons Jonathan and David McPhedran Waitzer, Betty Ann (Don Rocan), Edith Mae, granddaughters Chelsey and Alexandra McPhedran. Survived by his sisters Elizabeth J. Turner (John A.) of Sacramento, CA, and Donna Cowan Eggertson of Toronto, Jack was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Mabel (Slatcher) McPhedran, his father Franklin McPhedran, mother Lillian Bertha (Brinkworth)McPhedran Vipond, brother Gordon.
